Is InnerLoom a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone?
Yes. Adults 18 and older are welcome, and every person’s story is valued. Sessions are grounded in warmth, respect, and genuine connection.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past, diagnosing mental health conditions, and treating trauma. Coaching focuses on building the future, optimizing performance, and actionable strategy. While we are trauma informed and use therapeutic tools (like CBT frameworks), we do not diagnose or treat mental illness. Do you offer faith based coaching?
Yes. While InnerLoom is rooted in evidence based somatic and cognitive protocols, we honor the whole person including spiritual life. If you would like your sessions to include guidance from a biblical perspective, simply indicate this on your intake form. We ensuring a space that feels both grounded and spiritually safe.
What coaching tools does Innerloom use?
Innerloom uses supportive coaching methods. We use a hybrid approach that bridges the body and mind. We utilize Somatic tools (like breathwork, grounding, and nervous system tracking) to manage physiological stress, alongside Cognitive frameworks (CBT and REBT) to restructure how you think and make decisions. All approaches are used in a coaching-focused way that supports your goals.
What is CBT and REBT in a coaching context?
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) are clinical models, but in coaching, we use their practical, forward-looking tools—not their clinical treatment protocols. We focus on identifying mindset blocks and shifting perspective to help you reach your goals, rather than treating mental health diagnoses.
What is your refund policy?
For single sessions, full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and completed sessions are not refundable.
For packages, if you stop early, we offer a pro-rated refund. We simply deduct the full standard rate for any used sessions plus a 5% administrative fee, then refund the balance.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice by using the client portal and notifying your coach by email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full session fee. Please review the full agreement at checkout.

What is the Regulate, Challenge, Realign framework?
This is our signature pathway to sustainable change. Regulate focuses on calming the nervous system to create safety. Challenge uses CBT/REBT tools to identify and reframe limiting thought patterns. Realign focuses on building a strategic action plan to reconstruct your future.
Can you support me through a breakup, burnout, or career change?
Yes. Coaching can support you through relationship changes, heartbreak, burnout, communication struggles, or shifts in career direction. We work together to rebuild self worth, clarify what you need, and help you move forward with steadiness and confidence.
Is this coaching right for me and how are sessions structured?
Coaching is for anyone wanting to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease. You do not need a clear plan to begin. Sessions meet you where you are with supportive conversation, guided reflection, and simple next steps that help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Can Somatic work be done effectively online?
Absolutely. In fact, many clients find it more effective because they are in the safety and comfort of their own home. We guide you verbally to track your own sensations and use self-regulation tools. You don't need to be in the same room to learn how to master your own nervous system.
